Living with a lapband after seeing goal is just as much work as getting there. This blog chronicles my journey to qualify for band surgery, my work to goal weight and now living with the band long term. Weight will always be an issue but there is a whole lot of living to be done.

It Happened!!
I don't have time to give you a long post right now but I wanted to pop on and let you all know...the scale read 164.2 this morning. Goal...
Pop open the champagne! Release the streamers and balloons! Celebrate!!!! I am so pleased for you! What a wonderful milestone to get to. Congratulations!
WHOOOOOOOO - so happy for you. What a fantastic thing to finally hit goal - having a drink for you - oh ok maybe not .. its 11am .. but somewhere in the world its 5pm and .. darn it.. dont want to sound like an alchie so will wait till later. Congrats!!!
