Living with a lapband after seeing goal is just as much work as getting there. This blog chronicles my journey to qualify for band surgery, my work to goal weight and now living with the band long term. Weight will always be an issue but there is a whole lot of living to be done.

I Have Horse Butt
I felt great yesterday after the riding. There is a reason you only have a lesson once a week. I am having difficulty moving (sore inner thighs, sore butt, sore arms)
I am off to Saturday job-more math.
CRAzy...but good for me.

I LOVE horseback riding! It really is a great workout.
I think its exciting. I also want to say that I love the funky artsy dress with the black tights. I long to be in that stage where I can pick style and funkiness over just practical clothes that I can find in my size. You look beautiful!
Your food log is interesting. Are these logs representative of your regular diet? Is your intake usually 1000k or less per day?
