Lets just say I am at this very moment--at 11pm at night--fungry. I will let you figure out what the f means and what it is replacing. Can ya guess? What is wrong here?
The scale read 168.6 this morning. This is down (insert here whatever entity you thank when good things happen).
I will not eat...I will not eat...I will not eat..I will not eat...I think I need a fill...I will not eat...I will not eat.
I uploaded and saw my ticker...now I am back for a quick update.
An added bit of gloom to motivate me away from feeding the fungries. A check with MR Weight tracker informed me that the last time I weighed 168 was the end of AUGUST! Yes you are reading the blog of a girl who undid 4 months of work in 3 weeks. In August, weighing in at 168 I was just about to cycle (my husband says 32 miles and I remember 24-yes we did just have a little discussion about distance inflation) a bunch of miles. I think I can keep the fungries at a distance now and just go to bed.

Keep in mind that as she was typing 'I will not eat' she was munching on some homemade pasta I made.
Yum!
Keep at it, though. Your pictures are inspiring me!
Fungry should be a word, I've been there many times! You are the bomb!
Fungry is a word, because I know it is part of my vocabulary! Hang in there!
sheesh-he carried his home-made pasta (two noodles) out for me to taste and un-prompted. Even with a band I do not consider two noodles to be even a snack.
Heck, if you're fungry you feat... Two fstrands of fnoodles is hardly a fsnack, and if it's offered to you on a fplate it doesn't fcount anyway...

Tina, in reference to the milk & noodles, he boils noodles, like the thick ones or the shells, then adds butter, milk, salt & pepper. It's like Mac & Cheese w/out the cheese. I find it kind of gross, but he loves it!
You didn't "un-do" four months of work. You still have the four months of knowledge and experience. And this gain will give you even more wisdom.
We're never "done". It's ALWAYS a process. I am confident you will get back on track.
Love FUNGRY!
I so love that word. I will now have to think of a post just to use it. I'm fungry all the time. Fill next week.
