I am having trouble getting out of bed. I just bet I had this problem last year. Have I said that I hate rainy weather yet? There is no light coming in my room in the mornings so as far as I am concerned no reason to wake up right? I guess it is time for another coffee and walk eh?

Living with a lapband after seeing goal is just as much work as getting there. This blog chronicles my journey to qualify for band surgery, my work to goal weight and now living with the band long term. Weight will always be an issue but there is a whole lot of living to be done.

Getting out of bed is hard for me, too. I don't want to face the day or the scale...
