Living with a lapband after seeing goal is just as much work as getting there. This blog chronicles my journey to qualify for band surgery, my work to goal weight and now living with the band long term. Weight will always be an issue but there is a whole lot of living to be done.

It's so good to hear your voice again! You look great--I can see the difference in your face from just a few months ago. Sorry about the family stuff, but glad you are standing up for yourself.

way hay!!! You bet it works. Absolutely lovely to see you almost in the flesh. I was looking at you and felt myself smiling at you most of the time. And what a fabulous smile YOU have!
