- The knitting store opened on Friday and it was good.
- Being nice to customers is hard work :).
- I have met so many of my neighbors and so far they are all happy to see the store.
- I registered 3 people for classes, sold some yarn and a book.
- two weeks ago I drove to San Fran for a conference. I had a great relaxing week in the sun before coming home to hard work.
- I drove some friends back home with me and introduced the Brit and two Irishmen to what real mountains look like :)
- I also taught the guys to eat burgers in a car :) (I didn't have one..they did)
- Pictures some day :)

Yes there are no real mountains over here nor any decent burgers. I don't care what anyone says, you cannot get better burgers than in the USA.
I am glad your opening went well. Long may it continue.
So good to hear from you! Glad the store is off to a good start. Wish I was closer - I've always wanted to learn to knit.

Are you going to Chicago?
Loved hearing from you.. sounds like all is good.. which is GOOD!
So glad it's started off well - I'd have loved to pop in! Look forward to hearing more.

Tina, how exciting that you opened your store! I also want to learn how to knit, in my free time;)
Hope all things are well; I'm trying to get back into the active blogging and relationships. I missed catching up on your blog and how you were doing.
Thanks for the kind wishes :) I am hoping to go to BOOBS this year and I can teach anyone who wants to learn knitting :) hmm perhaps a boobs related project eh?
