Living with a lapband after seeing goal is just as much work as getting there. This blog chronicles my journey to qualify for band surgery, my work to goal weight and now living with the band long term. Weight will always be an issue but there is a whole lot of living to be done.

The wheels have finally started moving! My records are at the bariatric doctors offices. I called to check and was allowed to have an appointment! well actually two. With the dietician and with a nurse practicioner. My first appt is September 7 and then another on September 14-Fingers crossed that at least this phase goes smoothly.
