So good. Next time you ...I adore Vietnamese food. So good. Next time you might want to try the rice paper wraps. You get small disks of rice paper with a warm bowl of water and a bunch of goodies like chicken, pork, beef, cucumbers, shaved carrots, etc. Then you dip the rice disk in the warm eater to soften it then fill it with the various items, wrap and eat like a burrito.
